Prime contractors to the government:

The Department of Veterans Affairs, 38 CFR Part 74; RIN 2900-AM78 states:

"Prime contractors are required to use "verified" SDVOSB and VOSBs to obtain credit in their subcontract plan achievement reports submitted to the Department of Veterans Affairs"
